Capcom announced today that the demo for Resident Evil 6 will be tied to one of the company’s upcoming releases, Dragon’s Dogma. Those that pick up a copy of Capcom’s upcoming release will get first crack at the next Resident Evil adventure. Retail versions of the game will come equipped with a token that’ll allow players to download the demo on Xbox 360 60 days ahead of all others. On May 22nd in North America and shortly thereafter in Europe, Dragon’s Dogma will release for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
The demo will be available for those that purchase the Xbox 360 version of Dragon’s Dogma on July 3rd, and PlayStation 3 owners will have to wait until September to access the content. Resident Evil 6 was recently revealed to the world and is due this November.
