Assuming you are looking to procure the Mario & Luigi Palico costumes for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, than you must act fast. The starter pack that it requires is only available until March 15th.
What You Will Need:
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate Updated to Version 1.1 via eShop or auto-download.
3 Large Barrels (Can be purchased at the local shop)
1300z (400 each to craft head and body, additional 500 for the weapon)
To have completed the first two Caravaneer’s quests.
Once these requirements are met, simply boot up Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate and enter the ‘Gift Area’ by going to your house and speaking to your housekeeper, then choosing DLC and Gift Area. You will then accept the Starter Pack which Capcom have outlined the content included below in their blog.
- Mega Potion x50
- Honey x30
- Mega Dash Juice x15
- Well-done Steak x30
- Max Potion x10
- Lifepowder x20
- Ancient Potion x5
- Flash Bomb x30
- Sonic Bomb x30
- Pitfall Trap x15
- Shock Trap x15
- Super Mushroom x6
Those six Super Mushrooms are necessecary in completing the Palico outfits. Once you do that, you now have everything required to complete either a Mario or Lugi hat and overalls, and the Invincible Hammer weapon at the Smithy across from your house.
Note: You can only create ONE outfit, not both. Capcom has confirmed that DLC will be released later to complete the other outfit.
