Mike Capps of Epic Games revealed today that the popular Infinity Blade would be getting a sequel, and that it would be heading to iDevices December 1st. Alongside the announcement of the iPhone 4S and it’s new tech powering the device, Capps revealed new techniques being used in Infinity Blade 2 that not even current generation consoles can perform.
The game will once again be developed by ChAIR Entertainment. Donald Mustard of the developer had this to say about the upcoming mobile game.
“With Infinity Blade 2, we’re pushing the boundaries of everything achieved to date and adding a ton of new content and unique new features to create the must-have gaming experience on iOS.”
The original gained fast success on iDevices, delivering one of the first AAA experiences on a phone.
