It looks like Bayonetta 2 is gonna happen.  Hideki Kamiya, the series creator, recently took to Twitter to field fan questions about upcoming projects, and when asked about Bayonetta 2, the developer told his followers to expect news on the game as early as “this week”.  Apparently Bayonetta 2 is set for reveal in a magazine according to Kamiya  (translated by Andria Sang).
The next issue of Famitsu could be the first details that we recieve about the all but confirmed sequel to one of 2010’s best games.
How much did we like Bayonetta?  Well it was our editor’s choice for game of the year in our inaugural (and little viewed) Reader’s Choice GOTY awards.
UPDATE: Famitsu leaked earlier, and Bayonetta 2 was nowhere to be found. Â Have you no decency?
