To celebrate the release of the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Uprising DLC, Treyarch is hosting another Double Weapon XP Event. From Friday to Monday, Call of Duty players across all platforms will get Double Weapon XP, making it easier to earn prestige ranks for your armory.
Double XP Events are becoming quite frequent for Call of Duty players. New events seem to be cropping up every other weekend, and even more so with the introduction of weapon XP. Earlier this week the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Uprising DLC went live for PlayStation 3 and PC players.
The new map pack contains for new maps, with one fan-favorite map from the original Black Ops making its return. The reskinned Firing Range map, alongside three other multiplayer maps and a brand new Zombies mode round out the $15 map pack.
The Uprising DLC is part of the Black Ops 2 Season Pass. Weapon XP will run from May 17th – May 20th 10am PDT.
