While the sale isn’t on every single Wii U game, it is on basically every first party offering from the company. The only question right now is whether this sale will be possible in stores as well, though with it not being in the sales flyer and just popping up on the website late last night, it appears this is likely an online exclusive. Posters on NeoGAF have even confirmed that the 20% Gamers Club Unlocked discount stacks on top of this sale, so it is even harder to turn down if you happen to to be a member.
