Call of Duty: Elite Beta Invites Start for PS3

The Call of Duty: Elite beta has been underway for some time, but this weekend, the beta has also opened for PlayStation 3 Black Ops players as well.  If you have already enlisted for the beta at the Call of Duty: Elite website, you should check your inbox for the early registrations.

Call of Duty: Elite is a premium service that will launch alongside Modern Warfare 3.  During the beta, it will track your stats on Call of Duty: Black Ops.  It will give you a detailed breakdown of your strengths and weakness on the game, offer contests, groups, and other social features to enhance the Call of Duty experience.  The premium aspects of the service will cost you $49.99 per year, and for your cash you’ll get exclusive DLC every month.
