Crysis 2 Beta Coming to PC “Rejoice”

While Xbox 360 players have spent the last few days battling on the rooftops of New York City in Crysis 2's multiplayer beta, PS3 and PC gamers have been left out in the cold.

While Xbox 360 players have spent the last few days battling on the rooftops of New York City in Crysis 2’s multiplayer beta, PS3 and PC gamers have been left out in the cold.  Crytek recently announced that PC gamers would also be getting a beta for the game sometime before launch.  “At this time, Crytek & EA are glad to confirm that we’ll be releasing a pre-launch Crysis 2 multiplayer demo on PC! Stay tuned for details.

With it’s March release window getting closer with each day the beta period for the PC should be soon, although no official date has been revealed.  Further, no information as to if PS3 gamers would get a crack at the PS3 version of Crysis 2 in the near future either.  For our impressions on the beta you can read our mini-review here.
