Crysis on Console: New Gameplay & Official Release Date

New gameplay footage has surfaced for the original Crysis on consoles, alongside an official release date for the shooter.  The gameplay, which originally aired on Gamespot takes you through one of the early levels in the console version of the game.

Also outed was the official release date for Crysis.  The game will be heading to Xbox Live and PlayStation Network on October 4th.  The game will cost $19.99 (or 1600 MSP).

No announcements have been made as to whether Crytek will be releasing the other titles that spawned from the original Crysis title like  Crysis Wars or Crysis Warhead.
