DICE bans several hundred cheaters in an attempt to keep Battlefield 3 cheat free.

DICE waging new war against Battlefield 3 cheats

Starting today, DICE has vowed to intensify their crackdown on Battlefield 3 cheaters that might be ruining the online experience for others. The company claims that they recently banned "several hundred" confirmed cheaters after the reports of community members led the team to uncover their unscrupulous methods of gameplay.

"We have always taken cheating seriously. Starting today, we will further intensify our efforts to hunt down and rid Battlefield 3 of cheaters. Stats wiping and banning this disruptive minority is the only way they will understand that they are ruining the game for others. We do this for the millions of dedicated players out there who deserve a fair game, every game."

DICE urges anyone who comes into contact with anyone cheating in Battlefield 3 to head to the Battlelog to register the offender and hopefully get them banned for their conduct.

Its easier to report cheaters with Theater Mode you know?

  or by looking at the fact that they have a 30 kd ratio. or looking at the fact that they have a 70% headshot rate with their sniper. or recording the game with the thousands of recording softwares out there.theater mod is only good for showing off to your friends. and even fraps can pull that off.

I think I figured out what the next DLC will be or at least should be for Battlefield 3. All the fan favorite China maps from BF2, that would be freaking awesome! I’d pay $15 for that for sure. All their APC’s, helicopters, jets and of course uniforms.

Chinese BF2 maps were always better. I’d be fine with mod tools though. Or snow maps.

2143 is basically guaranteed at this point. BF2′s camaro (drivable in one of the expansion packs) had the license plate “2142″ on it. Which foreshadowed BF 2142. BF3 has cargo containers on Wake Island with “2143″ on them. DICE hasnt denied anything either, and DICE usually denies things. Its coming.

The Vietnam pack was incredible! Imagine a Frostbite re imaged Phu Bai Valley! 5 checkpoints!? Yea buddy.

2143 would be tight, as well as I’m sure DICE could pull off a BA Dino-Mode.

It’s such good multiplayer man. I think they could pull off any maps really with how well the game works on a mechanical level, and how much fun it is to play.

I still wanna see the Peterville Quahog map. Where you run around the Griffins neighborhood lol. You could fly the petercopter, AND the peterodactyl what.
