EB Games Australia has announced that they will acquire stock for the NES Classic before Christmas. You can pre-order the console next week.
EB Games Australia revealed on Facebook: “Thanks to Nintendo we have secured extremely limited extra units of the Nintendo Classic Mini: NES arriving before Christmas.”
If you live in Australia, you can pre-order it by clicking here from 12PM AEDT Monday November 14. Stock is extremely limited and they will arrive in early December. If you are lucky, you will have an early Christmas present to either give to yourself or someone else.
Ordering at EB Games this coming Monday is probably the best way you can get one without resorting to eBay. eBay Australia has a bunch of listings for the NES Classic already. Some of them bids are going as high as $200 to $300. Some sellers actually want over $400 for it. Sadly, scalpers always take advantage of items that are high in demand but short on supply.
The NES Classic is a mini version of the original Nintendo console and comes included with 30 pre-loaded video games. It’s a cool device to have if you grew up in the ’80s or want the new generation to experience what gaming was like back then.
