Resident Evil Revelations 2 Microtransactions

Resident Evil Revelations 2 is two weeks away and we now know how much hard drive space is needed to download the title. A quick view of the PlayStation Store through a web browser shows that Resident Evil Revelations 2 – Complete Season weighs in at 6.3GB. Oddly enough, checking the same product page from a PlayStation 4 console shows the game sitting at 6.7GB. It’s not a major difference, but the discrepancy between the two leaves us wondering which is more accurate. Regardless, it should be safe to assume that the other platform version should fall somewhere in this range.

For those looking to stick to physical media, that option still exists for Capcom’s latest Resident Evil entry. No matter which distribution method you choose, the Complete Season packs in all four episodes, two bonus episodes and Hunk as a playable character.

The first episode will drop on February 24th, with each new episode releasing every week thereafter. The disc-based release, containing the full story, will launch alongside the final episode on March 18th.
