Hulu on Xbox 360 Exists but is tied up by legal issues

We reported that Microsoft may announce a Hulu application for the Xbox 360 come E3.  While we still can’t confirm whether this will happen or not, Microsoft told 1up.com that they do have the software for a Hulu application on the 360 but there are legal issues regarding the rights of some Hulu programming.  So, sure it could still theoretically happen leading up to E3, where Microsoft irons out the issues and makes a full blown announce of the application, but at this point it looks less likely.
