It sounds like the amount of customization options you have in Star Wars Battlefront might be limited if you’re playing as the main characters.
It was revealed a few days ago that Star Wars Battlefront offers numerous customization options. They said you can change the type of your character’s head and more. If you’re playing as the Rebels, you can play as more than one race.
The EA Star Wars Twitter page revealed:
“Yes, we will offer customization. That said, we won’t be letting players create purple Stormtroopers or change Darth Vader’s suit color etc.”
It’s possible you can play as different types of Stormtroopers in Star Wars Battlefront, but you cannot play as different alien races. Most of the main Stormtrooper types only wore white. Only the TIE-Fighter pilots wore black.
It also sounds like you cannot customize the appearance of the main characters in Star Wars Battlefront too. Like it was mentioned above, Darth Vader’s suit will remain black. You cannot alter his appearance so he’s in pink or something outrageous like that.
As for the Stormtroopers in Star Wars Battlefront, you cannot alter the color of their armor either. This makes sense since EA doesn’t want to break the immersion of the game.
