Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes: Kojima reveals more details about Snake

Since its reveal last week, the Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes trailer has left fans with many questions. One big one centered around the color of Snake’s hair in the trailer. There seemed to be a disparity between some of the promotional artwork for the game, and what was seen in the trailer.

In one picture, Snake was featured as a younger looking version of himself, going along with the confirmation that Ground Zeroes would be a prolouge. Though when watching the video, Snake appears to look quite old in the footage, mainly in-part to his white hair, similar to Metal Gear Solid 4.

Hideo Kojima explains that this was due to “rim lighting”, and that it only “appears white”. The legendary developer had little more to share about the upcoming game for the PlayStation 3, but expect more details to follow as the marketing for this next Metal Gear Solid title gets going.
