Minimum PC Requirements for Titanfall could prove daunting

Vince Zampella, co-founder of Respawn Entertainment, recently took to Twitter to relay the minimum PC Requirements for Titanfall.   The shooter will require that PC players have a 64-bit version of Windows, and mid-range CPU and GPU hardware.

Most daunting of all, PC users will also only be able to play the Titanfall beta via Origin. Which could be a sticking point for legions of Steam loyalists.

Min: 64-bit Windows 7,8,8.1

AMD Athlon X2 2.8 GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz

4GB RAM

512MB VRAM, Radeon HD 4770 or GeForce 8800GT

Now, you should keep in mind that these are the Minimum PC Requirements for Titanfall.  Running the online shooter in all its glory will likely take a much stronger machine.

Fans also questioned Zampella about the possibility of Titanfall getting a Mac release, and the developer claims to be “talking about it” at the moment.
