The NBA finals have just wrapped up and that means we are now only a few months from the release of NBA 2K16. We learned previously that the game would feature three different cover athletes, but now the NBA 2K16 Special Edition has been revealed with the greatest player of all time gracing that cover.
2K Sports is bringing back the most iconic NBA star of all time with the NBA 2K16 cover after he already graced the cover and played a major part in NBA 2K11 and NBA 2K12. That legend is none other than Michael Jordan.
As announced by 2K Sports this morning, the NBA 2K16 Special Edition that features Jordan will include special content that the regular does not. This includes a Jordan NBA 2K16 poster, a Jordan Fathead Wall Cling, as well as Digital Jordan shoes, a t-shirt, and a jersey for your MyPLAYER.
The NBA 2K16 Special Edition will also include 30,000 in Virtual Currency, three Emerald MyTEAM VIP+ card packs, and a Special Edition Exclusive Moments card.
Just like the regular game, you will be able to get the NBA 2K16 Special Edition four days earlier than anybody else on September 25 by simply pre-ordering the game today.
