Some new characters have now been confirmed to appear in Dragon Ball Xenoverse.
The latest issue of V-Jump magazine in Japan has confirmed that the characters of Beerus and Whis will be playable in Dragon Ball Xenoverse. They are two characters that appeared in the Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods animated movie.
A little known character of the Dragon Ball universe named “Jaco” will also be playable in Dragon Ball Xenoverse. He is available via a download code. It’s unknown at this stage if he will be offered outside of Japan though.
It was also announced that Master Roshi will be available as a character customization model in Dragon Ball Xenoverse. He too is a download code so hopefully he will be offered in other countries too.
V-Jump also confirmed that the huge Ape version of Vegeta will be a boss in Dragon Ball Xenoverse. He appeared in the Saiyan Saga so it looks like you will have to battle him in his Ape state too. It notes you can aim for his weakness in the game which is his long bushy tail.
The next issue of V-Jump is said to announce more transformations for other characters in Dragon Ball Xenoverse.
