New PlayStation Sales Include Ubisoft Titles in NA, Resident Evil Series in Europe

This week’s digital sales on North American and European PlayStation Store offer a wide variety of titles, many of them linked to a specific franchise or developer studio. For example, the North American Store has all the Assassin’s Creed and God of War titles available on PS4, PS3, and PSVita, at a special price, while European users can enjoy the Resident Evil series including the seventh chapter, and the Dragon Quest spin offs Heroes and Builders.

The sales on the North American PlayStation Store are dominated by titles from Santa Monica Studios and Ubisoft. The former is more known from its work with the God of War series, and as such we have the whole series on sale, including the titles released on PS4, PS3 and PSVita. That includes God of War III Remastered for PS4, the Origins Collection for PS3 and the PSP original titles Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta for PSVita.

But Santa Monica Studios’s work not only involves the adventures of Kratos, and so we find other titles like the Twisted Metal series, The Order: 1886, Journey, and PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale for PS3. All titles are available at an average of 70% off their regular price, which in many cases it puts them close to the $5 price tag.

Ubisoft sale consists mostly on franchises like Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands, Rainbow Six: Siege, or The Division. This might be a good oportunity to get up to date with the Assasin’s Creed series at 40%-60% off its regular price, now that the rumored Assassin’s Creed: Origins seems to be closer than ever.

As for the sales on the European PlayStation Store, users can enjoy all Resident Evil titles at a special price, including Resident Evil 7 at 43% off, the original trilogy for PS3 and PSVita, or the numerous remasters for PS4. Coincidentally, Capcom also relased Resident Evil Code: Veronica X on PS4 this week.

The rest of titles are related to different developers, with Capcom also putting Devil May Cry 4 and DmC at a special price, Rockstar with classic Grand Theft Auto entries, or Square Enix doing the same with Final Fantasy XV, Dragon Quest Heroes or Dragon Quest Builders, which is a good opportunity to check out the series if you are interested in the recently released Dragon Quest Heroes 2 or the upcoming Dragon Quest XI.
