Since the announcement of the PlayStation 4 Pro we have been hearing about all of the recent and upcoming games that will be utilizing the extra power of the upcoming console, and now Capcom has announced that their upcoming Resident Evil 7 Biohazard will also be utilizing some of that power.
According to them, when running the game on the PlayStation 4 Pro it will support 4K and HDR at launch. While more information on this is expected to be revealed closer to the game’s launch, this is all they are saying for now.
We most recently learned that there are some pre-order bonuses for Resident Evil 7 Biohazard that were leaked by Swedish retailer Disc Shop in the form of the Survival Pack, which shows that there are several item packs that users will be given at the beginning of the game. There is also a mysterious coin accompanying each of these packs, though we still don’t have details on what these coins do.
Resident Evil 7 Biohazard will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on January 24th, 2017. The PlayStation 4 Pro will launch on November 10th and cost $399.
