Shift 2: Unleashed is the follow up to Need For Speed Shift which was released in 2009. The sequel got it's release date announcement earlier today, and the game will be heading out on March 29th, 2011.

Shift 2: Unleashed is the follow up to Need For Speed Shift which was released in 2009. The sequel got it’s release date announcement earlier today, and the game will be heading out on March 29th, 2011. Developed by Slightly Mad for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC Shift 2: Unleashed features many new improvements to the already great Need For Speed: Shift which had some of the best in-car racing experience to date.

The new helmet cam mode, the inclusion of night racing, and the enhanced realism and physics of terrifying real crashes is set to deliver a more violent and exciting racer than ever before in this groundbreaking racing experience. The most recent trailer for Shift 2: Unleashed gives us glance at some of the more violent aspects of the racer.
