The free mobile version of Injustice: Gods Among Us has added several characters from the recently released Suicide Squad video game.
A new update has been released for the Android and iOS versions of Injustice: Gods Among Us. If you love the movie, you can now use some of the characters from the film in the game itself.
Here’s the official description: “Introducing Suicide Squad Harley Quinn, Suicide Squad Deadshot and 2 versions of Suicide Squad Joker. New Challenges, new MP Seasons, epic gear and companion cards are all included in this massive update celebrating the release of the new movie SUICIDE SQUAD. Brand new character Suicide Squad Deadshot joins the roster along with new versions of Harley and Joker. WORST. HEROES. EVER.”
If you don’t play Injustice, there is a FPS video game based on the movie that you can play as well. This game includes Deadshot, Harley Quinn and El Diablo as playable characters. It somewhat follows the movie as you have to shoot waves and waves of zombie-like soldiers.
It will be interesting to see how many movie-like skins will be added to next year’s Injustice 2 video game. There’s a lot of DC movies that NetherRealm can use as inspiration for new characters/skins.
