Blizzard has just introduced World of Warcraft players to a new pet that can be had to help out a noble cause.  Beginning today, WoW players can pick up the Cenarion Hatchling for $10.  The Cenarion Hatchling is the twin cousin of the Hippogryph Hatchling from Heroes of Azeroth.  The pet will be for sale between now and July 31st, with 100% of the profits going towards the American Red Cross’s Japanese Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund.

These donations will help provide food, shelter, and other assistance to the victims of the disaster in Japan.  Aside from that, chicks dig charity, so if you play WoW help the cause and wear your goodwill on your sleve so to speak.  You can pick up the Cenarion Hatchling at the Blizzard Pet Store.
