New Mighty No. 9 Gameplay Footage

Mighty No. 9, is as many consider a spiritual successor to Mega Man as both have the same creator within Kenji Inafune. What was once a Kickstarter campaign has grown into something massive that will release across several platforms. Might No. 9 has new in-progress footage that has been released by Comcept.

The gameplay video is made up of work-in-progress footage so it is not to be considered final in any way. The side-scrolling dynamic with the fast moving character, (Beck) is very similar to that of Mega Man, in a very good way. The video gives a taste of some of the enemies Beck will encounter along with partner Call. We also get a taste of some interesting environments like a frozen over lab and a preview of two bosses that will be featured in the game. The video clocks in a little over two minutes as has an array of great footage so check it out below.

Mighty No. 9 is set to release across ten different platforms so it is very likely you have something that will be able to play the title when it releases in later next year.
