CD Projeckt RED has said that there have been "absolutely no compromises" when it comes to The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings on Xbox 360.  Though the console version of the game will see some significant changes from the PC version which launched last year.  A new targeting system, enhanced game camera, and new inventory management features are among the improvements made for this version of The Witcher 2 experience.

The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings will be a full retail release, which means that the game will come in at a fully priced $60, and will also be offered in the "Collectors Edition" variety which comes equipped with an art book, medallion, and making-of DVD.

Meh. Played this on the pc long time. Definetly pick up the pc version if your Pc can handle it. The narrative from 1 to 2 is essential for a great playthrough :)

Can you transfer game info from 1 to 2 like Mass Effect? or are just recommending playing the first?

No, you can import the save file from 1. What people need to realize is that this is a sequel in conjunction with the Mass Effect series. To play the first one makes the second one much more enjoyable and immersive. Besides the first one costs 10$ on GoG. P.S Xbots, dont hate. I state the fact.

Your comment attempting to dismiss xbots excitement for this game actually goes against every Sony statement about Mass Effect 2. So all these Sony comments about them benefiting from the included DLC, year wait not being bad, and not needing Mass Effect 1 would be just a bunch of BS then?

The difference is that the genesis comic makes up for the initial entry which witcher will not provide. Also provided that it was done with the mass effect 2 engine it was comparable to the PC’s version in terms of visual fidelity. The point being that you didnt “have” to play the first one as the comic allows you to make choices to the same degree as the 360 or PC version. Witcher 2? Just play it on the PC and save yourself the hassle.

Sweet, like many a big reason I console game is because my PC/Laptop just can’t run games like this properly. So Skyrim to Witcher is the plan for me.
