How To Find Out What To Do Next In Pokemon Scarlet And Violet

Feeling lost? Follow along with this guide!

The Paldea Region is the largest world that Pokemon players have had to explore yet, and there are plenty of ways for trainers to lose sight of what they should be focusing on. Between battling against Gym Leaders, Titan Pokemon, and Starfall Street Bosses, Trainers have more on their plate than ever before. Or, if a player puts the game down for a while and forgets what they were up to, is there any way to find out where they should be going once more?

Thankfully, Trainers will be able to focus on other things rather than continuing their journey for countless hours on end. As you venture further and further off of the beaten path, or if you’re having a hard time facing off against a certain foe, follow this tip to find out where you should be headed next!

How To Get Help With Next Objective In Pokemon Scarlet And Violet

As players encounter their first Pokemon Center in the middle of nowhere, players will have the option to heal their Pokemon as well as an option that says, “I don’t know where to go…”. Selecting this option will give the player a general hint directing the player toward the next objective, but it also may not line up with their current Treasure Hunt path. This could work to help the player branch out into newer and exciting things or could point them in the right direction after leaving the game sit for a while. This hint will be available at all Pokemon Centers throughout Paldea, so you won’t need to return to a specific location to utilize it.

While it may not tell you exactly where you need to go, having something like this could help players that are confused about the new structure that the game has taken on. Having a quick and reliable hint of where to go next could help newer players or those that have lost their way on their journey to the true treasure. Players will want to make sure that they’re stocked up on plenty of items, so farming them as they continue across Paldea is an excellent plan.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are available now on Nintendo Switch.
