Angry Birds is a pretty successful game. Â The game has completely dominated the Android Marketplace having been downloaded over 30 million times. Â Mac users can now download the game on Apple’s Mac Store and if you’re a PC gamer that wants to get his Angry Birds fix you can now download it for Windows also.
The game is available for free for a limited time, with a catch. Â You have to download and install Intel’s App Client.
The Intel App Client is their version of the Mac App Store, called AppUp Center. Â You can find the client in newer model computers with Intel processors, but any PC can use it. Â If you go to the Best Buy Web Portal and download the client, which requires you to create an account with a valid email address, you’ll be treated to a free copy of the original Angry Birds (not Rio).
The promotion is only available to U.S. residents.
