Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 will see yet another Double XP Weekend for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and Wii U. Treyarch has announced that The Double XP promotion will run from Friday July 26th at 10am PDT until Monday, July 29th at 10am PDT.
This Double XP Event is to pull you back into Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and get your eyeballs on a host of new personalization packs for the game. Released just yesterday, six new downloadable packs were added to Black Ops 2, alonside a controversial set of multiplayer gameplay tweaks. We say controversial because some Call of Duty fans didn’t exactly appreciate the update that nerfed a handful of the game’s overpowered weapons.
These overpowered items resided in the Sniper Class, which players exploited using a Quick Scoping technique for the guns.
