Sledgehammer Games will finally take the wraps off of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare’s multiplayer modes in early August, just ahead of Gamescom it was recently announced. Those unable to attend this event will be able to watch the multiplayer premiere from their Xbox consoles.
A live stream will take place on August 11th at 1pm Eastern. Microsoft announced the reveal earlier today with a trailer that appears to contain zero multiplayer footage. You can find said trailer at this link.
Like previous years, this dedicated will be a must watch for most Call of Duty fans, since multiplayer is far and away the most popular aspect of these games. Sledgehammer will be on hand with Microsoft to deliver “exclusive interviews” and a world premiere of the multiplayer gameplay.
For those with sharp eyes, the recently released campaign trailer from Sledgehammer Games for Advanced Warfare showed off the first multiplayer gameplay in action. While it was definitely brief, it gave hints that movement will be changing significantly with the addition of the Exo-Suits in Advanced Warfare Multiplayer.
