Irrational Games just recently announced a two-part story DLC that is set to arrive later this year for Bioshock Infinite.   Taking players back to Rapture, and announcing that players would be able to take control of Elizabeth in the two-part Burial at Sea DLC was more than enough to pique interest.  Though don’t expect Liz to play exactly like Booker in the expansion, actually Liz will play much differently according to the developers.

In a recent interview with IGN, Ken Levine explained the differences between the two characters, and a little bit more about what to expect from the content.

“Liz is such a different character to Booker, and if we were to just put Booker in a dress, then that would be the most awful betrayal of what we’re doing for Liz, and players would just feel like it was a cheap way out, and that’s not something that we want to do.”

According to Levine, Liz will be a more strategic character than Booker, one where players will want to avoid combat instead of seeking it out.
