Fox News is at it again in their campaign to smear our favorite pastime. Bulletstorm was the new hot topic for the news outlet and in the latest editorial the upcoming first person shooter quickly becomes the worst video game in the world.
In an industry ripe with copycats, all wanting to capitalize off of the successes of their competitors it's natural that Bulletstorm is compared to other modern first person shooters. One of the game's collaborators, Cliff Bleszinksi took to twitter to express that is not the case with Bulletstorm.
Up until now we know Bulletstorm is going to be a foul mouthed, fast paced, first person shooter with alot of style. But in the latest interview with the developers at People Can Fly and Epic Games the weapons and game modes are highlighted in video form.
Bulletstorm is a first-person shooter (FPS) in which players find themselves stranded on a planet that although once an adult-oriented paradise planet, is now hell incarnate, complete with savage mutants and flesh-eating gangs. The goal is simple: survive, escape the planet and pay back the SOB who sent you there.
In a summary that contains the words, Gag Reflex, Rear Entry, Drilldo, and Mile High Club, the writers at the ESRB had to crack a smile when trying to put into words what exactly Bulletstorm is. As we have been getting closer to launch of the game, it has become pretty apparent that Bulletstorm is pulling no punches when it comes to vulgarity in anyone's eyes.
