New Characters for Marvel vs. Capcom 3 were announced today. Mike Haggar, the memorable wrestler turned mayor of Metro City from Final Fight fame and Phoenix, aka Jean Grey from the Xmen comics. No Green Goblin was announced, perhaps it was an elaborate and blurry hoax. Haggar was spotted months ago by Capcom Unity forum members, but Phoenix is a surprise.
These characters will do just fine though, have a look at the videos below to see for yourself. Â Haggar rounds out the third of the protagonists from the Final Fight games, and Phoenix should be awesome to play with as well just given her fiery nature.
