New evidence suggests that PC and Xbox One owners don’t have to wait too long in order to play the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 beta.
It has now been revealed that the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 beta on PS4 will last for five days. A PlayStation Plus membership card was found that reveals the “exclusive” period for PS4 owners.
It notes the exclusive period starts from August 19th, and lasts until August 23rd. This means PS4 owners only get the beta exclusive to them for five days.
Because of this, it’s highly likely PC and Xbox One owners can play the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 beta starting on August 24th. Although Activision has not revealed any exact dates just yet. They will announce exact dates very soon.
Five days might not seem like a long time, but DLC will be exclusive for a longer period for PlayStation owners. When the full game comes out, it’s still expected the map packs and stuff will be exclusive for one month. This is the same deal Xbox did for the Call of Duty series.
As a reminder, the upcoming Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 beta is only coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC. Activision is not planning one for Xbox 360 and PS3 owners.
