The upcoming episodes for Dragon Ball Super take it up to numbers 29 and 30. The titles and plot summaries for these episodes have now been revealed.

Episode 29 for Dragon Ball Super airs this week on January 31st, 2016. It has a translated title of “An appointment to determine the match! The captain is a much stronger type as Goku!“. As mentioned in episode 28, a tournament has been appointed between Beerus and Champa. It’s 5v5 and Beerus and Champa are responsible for recruiting team members.

Another side-plot in this episode is that Whis and some other characters visit Bulma in hopes to find the remaining Super Dragon Ball. As you may know already, Champa has only collected six of the planet-sized balls. One more is needed to grant any wish from those who gather it.

Episode 30 does not have a title yet, but it has a plot summary. It mentions: “Beerus shares the recruits to the rest of his team. He visits Monaka, the strongest guy he’s ever fought before, but …?!

This tournament sounds very exciting and fans have been waiting for new material for a very long time. We’re not sure how long this saga runs for, but hopefully it has more episodes than the rushed Resurrection F saga. We will keep you updated on all things Dragon Ball Super.
