Taking the amusement park theme to its logical extreme, Bethesda has released a very authentic looking map for the Fallout 4 Nuka-World DLC. The map looks just like those you’d find at other theme parks, with sections split off to form special areas aroud certain themes. Currently you can check out the digital version of the map, but Gamestop will be handing out physical copies next week.
“From Dry Rock Gulch to Kiddie Kingdom and Galactic Zone, you’ll have plenty to see when you take the Nuka-Express to Nuka-World,” reads the announcement from Bethesda. “Explore the park’s unique zones with the help of this handy-dandy map. Starting August 21, players in North America and Canada can head to their local Gamestop and EB Games for a physical version of the map.
“Located in a new area of the Commonwealth, Nuka-World is a magical place where dreams come true. Or… they used to. The park itself isn’t looking its best these days. Raiders and strange new creatures have made their homes in the various zones of the park, making it less-than-ideal for a family-friendly vacation. But that just means it’s all yours for the taking. Unite the Raider gangs under your banner and clear out the park to claim it for your own. Experience life on the other side and become the most feared and respected Raider Overboss in the Commonwealth.”
Nuka-World is looking like a massive and fun new addition to the Fallout 4 experience. As the sixth and final piece of DLC for the game, it has a lot of expectations surrounding it. This is only the second major new piece of land and story for the game though, so many are hoping for an experience that is on par with, or better than Far Harbor.
Fallout 4 Nuka-World hits PS4, Xbox One, and PC on August 30th.
