Final Fantasy Type-0 HD On PC Suffers Many Issues Like Locked Framerate, Bad Controls And More

The PC port for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is out now, although owners of the game have been suffering with some severe problems with it.

If you visit the game’s Steam page, a number of fans have left a negative review. Many people are not upset about the game itself, they just hate the technical flaws from the PC port.

One thing PC owners don’t like is that Final Fantasy Type-0 HD on PC only has two resolution options. You can only play the game at 720p or 1080p. This is the same limitation that Batman: Arkham Knight on PC suffered when it launched too.

Another issue people found is that the frame rate has been locked at 30fps. The PS4 and Xbox One versions were also 30fps so it looks like the PC port is just the exact same thing. It looks like there is no option to increase it to 60fps.

Many people are also having problems playing this game via the traditional mouse and keyboard way. They also don’t like the camera controls too. They feel you need to play it using an Xbox 360 controller to actually make the game bearable.

704 user reviews have been submitted so far and the reception has been “mixed”. If you are wanting to buy Final Fantasy Type-0 HD on PC, it’s best you wait until a potential update fixes these issues.
