The first details of DLC coming to Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 have been announced via V-Jump magazine in Japan. Bandai Namco promises more details are to come.
DB-Z.com has posted a scan and kindly translated details of the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC. There will be new playable characters, mentors and more.
In terms of playable characters, there will be the Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken version of Goku. You can see that by the picture posted above from Dragon Ball Super. Another playable character is a new version of Hit named “new ultimate attack”.
The new mentors include: Future Gohan, Bardock, Cooler, Android 16 and Whis. There are also six new costumes and accessories, although these have not been specified just yet. There’s also 24 new techniques to learn and something else to do with Frieza.
Anyway, these are just early details that were posted in a scan from V-Jump magazine. Bandai Namco US and Europe are likely to post additional details via a press release in the near future.
We do know that Bandai Namco announced that Cabba and Frost will be playable DLC characters sometime in the future too. If you have the Season Pass of the game, the DLC should be available to you when it comes out.
