A lot of fans are eagerly awaiting Grand Theft Auto V PC as the game has been delayed quite a few times. Now it looks like someone has been able to get a copy and has revealed the download size of a mandatory update for Grand Theft Auto V PC.
Many players have spent today pre-loading the title but it seems Funmw4 on Twitter has spent his day going and somehow getting further than the pre-load and downloading a mandatory day-one patch for the game. The day-one patch weighs in at around 58MB and as Funmw4 says, it delivers final fixes and “wraps up any missed additions to the game.”
The user also revealed that a Rockstar Social Club account is mandatory as well, to play Grand Theft Auto V PC. So if you don’t already have an account, you will be forced to make one upon installation. Judging by the amount of people pre-loading, the day one environment for Grand Theft Auto PC will be just as bad as the console versions, so here’s to everyone pre-loading and they will hopefully have a great time when the game releases next week.
Grand Theft Auto V PC is set to release next week, April 14th 2015. Pre-load now so you can jump right into the action at release.
