Don’t be too alarmed if you cannot play NBA 2K15 and/or WWE 2K15 online. It appears the 2K Servers are down at the moment.
Both WWE 2K15 and NBA 2K15 servers are down for some reason. Don’t panic as this is nothing wrong with your own internet connection or your account. This is just an issue that 2K itself needs to fix right now.
As of time of writing, the servers for WWE 2K15 and NBA 2K15 have been down for at least two hours or more. I tried playing both games on the Xbox One and PS4 respectively. Other games I own don’t have the issue, so it’s just a 2K problem.
The 2K Support Twitter page hasn’t made an announcement on the issue yet. There are a lot of people annoyed by it, but hopefully things get fixed for both WWE 2K15 and NBA 2K15 owners.
Before people panic even more, it doesn’t look like it’s The Lizard Squad. Their Twitter page didn’t announce any attack on NBA 2K15 or WWE 2K15. They just mentioned something about North Korea going offline on Christmas day or something. Hopefully they will be leaving PSN and Xbox Live alone during the holidays.
Update: Looks like the servers are back online for a number of people now. They were down for at least three hours or so…
