Battlefield 1 is set to deliver one of the most visceral Battlefield experiences yet as it brings the series to World War 1, and now we’ve got a new video to check out that zeros in on the game’s vehicles. While we’ve seen all of the vehicles shown off in this video before, this one gives a more behind-the-scenes look into how the developers designed them and the research that went into delivering a true to life replication.

The gameplay and the accompanying commentary is very interesting, giving us more extremely impressive gameplay to go along with some solid insights into development. Watching the massive tanks smash through walls as a variety of different planes wreak havoc from above is seriously cool, and learning more about the tanker and pilot classes is always a plus. Check out the video for yourself at the bottom of this post.

We recently learned that the Battlefield 1 beta will be bringing us content that we haven’t seen yet, which will likely include things like new maps and weapons. While we don’t have a definitive release date for the beta, we do know that it is likely to debut around next week’s Gamescom.

Battlefield 1 will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on October 21st. Check out the new video showing off the vehicles below.
