Every Xbox One owner received the new Xbox One update earlier this month. However, preview members are still getting small updates that continue to fix minor issues.
As reported by XboxOneUK, this new update has started to roll out from November 18th to preview members. The update is not big as it just fixes a few little things that were noticed by the preview member community.
The following fixes have been made to the latest Xbox One update for preview members:
DIAL fix: This update contains a fix for DIAL (Discovery and Launch protocol) scenarios.
Voice recognition: This update contains improvements for voice command issues that were reported by the community.
Microsoft’s Mike Ybarra commented recently that the next major Xbox One update won’t be released until February 2016. This makes sense since the last major update just came out six days ago.
The next two months are just going to be minor updates like the ones that preview members are receiving plus more stability fixes. Don’t expect to see any new features until next year.
What you can expect to see are new games being available in the Xbox One Compatibility game list catalogue. Microsoft will still be adding several Xbox 360 games from now on.
