The NBA season is going full force now and that means fans are even more amped up to play the fairly recently released NBA 2K16. With Black Friday on the horizon, Microsoft is trying to entice players to pick it up with a free weekend trial of the full game.
NBA 2K16 released back in late September to great reviews and is easily the best of the two NBA games out there. Many of the diehard NBA fans already have the game, but for those that don’t, you can try it out this coming weekend.
As announced via the Xbox Wire, NBA 2K16 will be getting a full game free trial this weekend exclusively on Xbox One. This will start at 9 am PT on Friday, November 20 and run through 11:59 pm PT on Sunday, November 22.
There are no removed features here, as this will allow you to download and play the entire game for free. This is just like they have done as part of their Xbox Live Gold Free Play Days in the past, where we saw Sunset Overdrive and even NBA 2K15 offered.
In addition, this game will be on sale to where you can just transfer your save over if you choose to buy it. NBA 2K16 has also been teased for the Xbox Live Black Friday sale next week, so you may want to hold off buying it until then, but you can certainly try it out this weekend.
