It looks like we might hear of an announcement for Injustice: Gods Among Us 2 very soon with E3 2016 on the horizon. This fresh rumor comes courtesy of two different sources.
The first source comes from French website, Gameblog. One of their sources said Injustice: Gods Among Us 2 could be announced at or just before E3 2016.
The game will once again be developed by Netherrealm Studios and is using the same game engine as Mortal Kombat X. The game is set to be released for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One in March 2017.
To put further validity to this report, DC comics YouTuber JaeRoar, said something similar a few days ago as well. He heard from a game tester that he is testing the game right now. The game tester also confirmed that the game will be out next year and that news will be revealed very soon.
The game tester said he doesn’t know the official name of the game though. It could be called Injustice: Gods Among Us 2 or simply just Injustice 2. In either case, it looks like the game is happening so DC comic book fans should be happy about that.
