Heads up Skyrim fans

Heads up Skyrim fans, there’s an announcement on the way according to Pete Hines of Bethesda. Could it finally be that the long awaited DLC for the RPG is finally on the way? Hines took to Twitter to give fans a heads up, and to keep an eye out for “cool news and surprises” this April.

“Some things coming down the road in April for all you Rage and Skyrim fans. April is gonna have some cool news and surprises. Stay tuned,” Hines said via Twitter.

DLC for Skyrim or Rage has been a long time coming. While Rage had a bit of extra content that shipped with the Limited Edition of the game, fans haven’t seen a bit of content post October’s launch of the game. As for Skyrim, fans have had plenty of time to cut their teeth on the core of the game, it’s definitely time for some new content for what many consider to be the best game of 2011.

Keep an eye out for this news, whatever it may be, later this month.
