Take-Two Interactive CEO, Strauss Zelnick, has mentioned in a new interview that the company is looking closely at the development for the Nintendo NX and they are interested on what it could bring to the table.
Zelnick was interviewed recently by The Street and they asked him about his opinion on the Nintendo NX. His answer sounds promising if the company chooses to support the console in the future.
He said: “It could be very exciting. You never want to count Nintendo out. They go quiet for a while and then they come to market and do something really exciting. We are very interested and watching closely the development of what Nintendo plans to do next.”
It looks like Take-Two doesn’t have any games in development at this time, but they are interested in the console and may release some of their most popular franchises on it. They are watching the console’s development so something good might come out of it.
Take-Two is the parent company that is responsible for publishers such as 2K Games and Rockstar. It’s possible games like future NBA 2K and WWE 2K titles will be out for the NX. It remains to be seen if Rockstar titles will be out for the NX as Grand Theft Auto games weren’t released for the Wii or Wii U…
