Tekken 7 Confirmed For Consoles, But PC Version Still Unknown

A GDC 2015 trailer showcasing games made from Unreal Engine 4 leaked out that Tekken 7 will be released for consoles.

The trailer showed a small snippet of Tekken 7 gameplay and confirms the platforms that the game will be available on. It shows at the bottom of the screen that the game will be out for arcades, PS4 and Xbox One.

Bandai Namco has kept quiet on the console release for Tekken 7, but now we know it will be out eventually for the PS4 and Xbox One. The game has already made its way to Japanese arcades, so hopefully the console version comes out later this year. If not, an early 2016 release will be nice if possible.

It’s also nice to see that Tekken 7 will be out for both PS4 and Xbox One. Some Xbox One gamers were upset with Street Fighter V only being announced for PC and PS4.

With that being said, the video doesn’t say if Tekken 7 will be out for the PC. There were rumors last year that Bandai Namco were considering a PC release, but now it looks uncertain at this stage. The video also suggests that the game will not be released for the PS3 and Xbox 360 either.
