The price for the recently announced single player DLC in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has been revealed.
The PlayStation Store has listed the “Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Triple Pack”. It has a standalone price of $24.99.
The description of the pack says: “Includes future access to three pieces of content: the first ever single-player story add-on for the UNCHARTED series and two multiplayer packs that will unlock new multiplayer content.”
If you buy the Digital Deluxe Edition for $79.99, this includes the game itself plus the DLC pack mentioned above. This gives you a saving of $5.00 if the game and DLC were to be purchased separately.
This is not the first time that Naughty Dog has decided to release single player DLC for one of its games. The Last of Us received the critically acclaimed “Left Behind” DLC that focused on Ellie before she meets up with Joel in the main game.
It will be interesting to see if this single player DLC for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End focuses on Nathan Drake’s brother Sam. Naughty Dog stated not too long ago that Nathan is the only playable character in the main story campaign. It would be cool to play as Sam in the DLC if it’s possible.
