Dark Souls is Definitely Hardcore
Dying is a fact of life. Dying in Dark Souls is fact of life that you'll experience 100's of times if you plan to take on gauntlet of challenge that From Software has put forth. You'll die in ways that you've never before conceived, although it may have been FromSoftware's plan all along with a campaign slogan for the game that is simply put: "Prepare to Die".
If you still on the fence about dipping your toe into pool of Dark Souls, perhaps this latest trailer will make things a bit easier... or harder. That depends on whether or not you think you can persevere.
Dark Souls has been out for over a week now, and if you're looking for that quasi-RPG experience that will both challenge and reward you for your triumphs we can't reccomend it enough.
