Battlefield Hardline: Robbery is launching this month for Premium members, bringing with it a ton of new maps, weapons, and other items, along with a brand new gamemode. The DLC has just been detailed by EA, so let’s dive into the nitty-gritty for this latest expansion.

“The top gangs are drawing up plans, stockpiling gear, and risking it all to pull off the boldest, craziest heists ever in Battlefield Hardline: Robbery, the second expansion pack for Battlefield Hardline.

“The theme of this pack is the Big Score: how to steal it, or how to stop it. The new maps and game mode in Battlefield Hardline: Robbery are designed to let criminal teams plan and execute the perfect heist; or, for law enforcement, to get the crooks in cuffs before they can pull it off.”

Four new maps will be offered in the DLC: Precinct 7, The Docks, Museum, and Break Pointe. “Precinct 7 is the first snow map for Battlefield Hardline, and the first snowy map set at night in the history of the Battlefield franchise…The Docks is a night map that offers a generous mix of open outdoor space and claustrophobic interiors…Museum is the first 100% indoors map for Battlefield Hardline…Break Pointe is a driver’s paradise. Situated on a stretch of highway along the scenic California coast, this enormous daytime map features a ton of terrain to drive on, over, under, and through.”

The new gamemode is called Squad Heist, offering players a combination of combat and classic heist gameplay. “It’s a multi-stage mode, where criminals need to grab a drill, break into two vaults, grab the loot, and escape – all with the cops breathing down their neck.”

Battlefield Hardline: Robbery also brings a number of new weapons, gadgets, vehicles, and other cosmetic items. To find out more click here. There is no official release date just yet, but EA has said it will hit in September.
