Thanks to the Tokyo Game Show we now have a brand new Resident Evil 7 trailer to check out, giving us a much bigger glimpse at the game and the evil that awaits within it. This time we’re getting introduced to the Baker Family, which we only saw one member of briefly at the very end of the Beginning Hour demo.
At over 3 minutes long, this trailer gives us our best look at the game yet with shots of various in-game locations, combat and an incredibly unsettling dinner with the Bakers. The part with the Bakers around the dinner table is particularly creepy, giving a much better vibe of the kind of dialogue and story we can expect from the full game next year.
The gameplay on display looks pretty great, as well, with the horror elements blending with the first-person action well as our enemies can suddenly break through walls to get us. It’s definitely shaping up very nicely, and you can check out the trailer for yourself at the bottom of this post.
Resident Evil 7 Biohazard will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on January 24th, 2017. Check out the trailer below.
